2024 RAM 1500 Trims Overview
The 2024 RAM 1500 has eight trims, from the standard Tradesman to the powerful TRX. While each trim is different, they also bear many similarities as they slowly change as the trim tier increases. However, in this article, we’ll focus specifically on the differences between these trims.
Tradesman
As the Ram 1500's base trim, the Tradesman comes in at a starting price of $54,015*. The model boasts a fairly powerful 3.6-litre Pentastar Variable Valve Timing V6 engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy with this engine is 9.4 L/100 km on the highway and 11.9 L/100 km in the city.
The exterior is decorated with 18-inch steel wheels, providing plenty of stability no matter the terrain you drive through. The infotainment system for the Tradesman is a Uconnect 3 multimedia centre that uses a 5.0-inch touchscreen and six speakers. This system includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for all your mobile connectivity needs.
Bighorn
The Bighorn comes at a starting price of $61,515* and features a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls. Helping keep the interior clean and stylish is a set of front and rear floor mats.
Sport
The Sport upgrades to a Uconnect 5 NAV multimedia centre using a 12-inch touchscreen display. Additionally, the power is enhanced thanks to a 5.7-litre HEMI VVT V8 with eTorque and Multi-Displacement System Technology. This model comes in at a starting price of $71,365*.
The Keyless Enter 'n Go with proximity entry and push-button start makes getting in and out of the pickup truck easier. The feature also makes it easier to start or stop the car. Additionally, this is the first trim to feature heated front seats.
Rebel
The infotainment screen on this trim is downsized to 8.4 inches, while the overall design has been enhanced for outdoor and off-road use. Of these upgrades is a set of front and rear Bilstein performance shocks. This trim has a starting price of $73,415*.
Laramie
With a starting price of $78,345*, the Laramie offers drivers and front passengers plenty of comfort with a 12-way power adjustable seat. Plus, a set of 10 amplified speakers makes it easy to enjoy music in the cabin.
Limited Longhorn
Featuring 20-inch aluminum wheels, the Limited Longhorn comes at a starting price of $83,315*. Lighting the way ahead are bi-functional LED projector headlamps.
Limited
The Limited features an Active-Level four-corner air suspension for stability while driving on rugged roads. With a starting price of $87,615*, this trim offers plenty.
TRX
The TRX is the final trim of the Ram 1500 and comes in with a starting price of $127,078*.
